• VERY RARE: Gator Landing is a Town set released in 1996. It contains a waterplane, a rope bridge, an airboat, a 4WD, a crocodile (or alligator) and three minifigures
• ?This is the only Town set that included a crocodile. It also contained three bank bills
• ?In Germany the set was called "Schmuggler-Versteck" (smugglers' hideout). This might be a reference to the Nautica set 6679 Dark Shark, which had the same color scheme and was called Schmuggler Speedboat
• Contains 232 pcs. Ages 7-12
• NEW. Box shows slight shelf wear in corners, as expected from a 1996 set
